Lab Result Consultations with Dr. Grace
Lab Consultations are a great starting place to working with Dr. Grace! If you are new to gut healing or have tried various other options that have not worked, this is a good launching place to talk with Dr. Grace and discuss your options to move forward in your health journey.
This offering allows you to consult with Dr. Grace for 30 minutes to discuss a specific lab result. During the consult, Dr. Grace will review one lab result that you provide. This option is a great way to understand Dr. Grace's philosophy as she will review and educate you on how to interpret the results, what is the relevance of your labs as it relates to your health and microbiome and what you need to consider for improvements for health.
This option allows you to receive 3 different lab tests: The Great Plains OAT, the Great Plains IgG, and Diagnostic Labs GI MAP included with a 30 minute consultation. Once your test results come back, Dr. Grace will spend 30 minutes with you reviewing the results. Her expertise and insight can be invaluable in helping get to the root cause of what is ailing you.
This offering allows you to consult with one of The Gut Institute Health Coaches for 30 minutes to discuss a specific lab result. During the consult, we will review one lab result that you provide. This option is a great way to understand Dr. Grace's philosophy as we will review and educate you on how to interpret the results, what is the relevance of your labs as it relates to your health and microbiome and what you need to consider for improvements for health.
Group Coaching Programs
Group programs are a great option for those that want a self-paced feel while being empowered with knowledge through modules of educational content. This is a great first step to gut health and gives you loads of information to understand root causes of dysfunction and ways to launch yourself into wellness!
This 8 module course is designed for those that desire a completely Do-It-Yourself approach that will equip and empower you to live a healthier life! You will spend time learning online, discover what you need to implement changes, and learn how to apply these changes all from the comfort of your home at your own pace.
The Microbiome Resurrection Project is a group coaching program that includes our 8 module Master Gut curriculum, monthly group coaching calls, specialized adrenal and gut protocols in a do-it-yourself self paced format with some gentle leading. This program is a wonderful choice for those beginning in their gut health journey.
Learn about the Resurrection ProjectIn the 8-Modules you will learn all about the gut terrain, what disrupts it and what heals it; hormone disrupting factors, what causes them and adrenal fatigue plus how to heal them; how to interpret your lab testing and develop your customized gut protocols; ultimately transform, revitalize, nourish your body so you can flourish. For the most in-depth program at The Gut Institute, learn more about enrolling as a VIP Client. At the most personalized level of care, the VIP client is limited to a small amount of clients through an extensive application process. This program is 12 months of working directly with Dr. Grace and her team to give you the highest level of care.
