Anna I had a really bad case of eczema, to the point where my hands would crack and bleed. Since starting to take the Bifido Max Ultra, my skin has completely healed. I have also had digestion issues since having my son. He is now 30 years old. I now, no longer have those digestive issues. I have tapered off HCL, and no longer have indigestion. Heather I am finding the Group Gut class to be super helpful in my road to recovery. It has been very important to hear others experiences and their journey. The information from the class goes beyond certain protocol's and dives into the why's the how's of how we have become so sick. It's important to go deeper and understand these things so we can hopefully prevent set backs in the future.
Another aspect of the class that has been very helpful for me is I am able to watch the videos when I have the time. I couldn't make many of the classes because of my unpredictable schedule being a mom of three little ones.I have three little ones. Grace would send the links to the classes and I could watch them when I got the time. This was very helpful for me.
Words can not express how much Dr. Grace has helped me in my journey. I feel much more freedom to concentrate on my own family and their needs instead on constantly being concerned with my illness. It has been very freeing. Thank you Dr. Grace, and God bless you and your family."
